Our cuisine is a combination of excellent Italian food and traditional Alpine dishes. Every day we spoil our guests with culinary delights, accompanied by a selection of regional wines.
The generous breakfast buffet includes home-made cakes, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, fresh bread, jam, yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit.
For dinner we delight You with traditional tastes, venison specialities, Mediterranean and Italian recipes, at choice between two starters and three main courses, and a rich buffet of salads and vegetables.
As sweet treat You can choose between the dessert of the day, recommended by our chef, ice cream or fresh seasonal fruit.
Every thursday all our guests are invited to a free aperitif followed by a typical Ladin dinner.
